Due to the fragile nature of this rock, it is possible for the rock to break during transport. We do our best to package the rock effectively to minimize damages. Rock is not insurable and we are unable to replace or refund damaged pieces. If desired, multiple pieces of rock can be reattached using aquarium glue or epoxy. Although a rock may brake during shipping, we've discovered ways to still build a beautiful aquascape.
We only sell box lots, but if you'd like to see our products at your favorite store, have them reach out to us.
Because we are a small company, most orders ship within 2 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking information in an emailed shipment notification.
We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders of Indo Reef, Indo Branch, Live Rock Replica, and our aquascape build products when you spend $400 or more. Orders under $400 will pay a flat fee of $10. For orders of 6 or more boxes, shipping may be via LTL due to the size and delivery location of the order. You can request a lift gate for the LTL shipments with that cost passed onto the customer. LTL shipments may take longer to arrive based on trucking route availability.
Custom aquascapes do not receive free shipping and actual shipping rates will apply.
